The County Fair
On Sunday, I went to the Alameda County Fair with Mommy, Daddy, Auntie Annie, and Cousin Grant and Cousin Audrey. There wasn't much for me to do there but Daddy took me to a section where other toddlers were and I got to drive my own car! It was so much fun, Daddy let me play there for almost 40 minutes. I didn't want to leave but everyone wanted to get ice cream. Auntie Annie noticed I liked the car so much she bought me one for an early birthday present. Daddy opened it and I got to ride it in our house already. =)Mommy also bought me a "gobble and go hippo". It's supposed to help me to learn how to walk. So far I've been able to take about four steps while holding onto it. It's so hard to try and keep my balance while moving. Hopefully I will get better at it soon, then Mommy and Daddy will have to chase me around even more...
I wonder if I have any fans reading my blog? So far I've gotten no comments, is anyone out there?

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!
